A new blog to chronicle our journey
Some 79 hours from now I’ll be driving out of Boston, bound for Austin, Texas and our new life in the Lone Star State.
I can’t promise this blog will stay active much past the time Stella, Viola, Amani, and I get settled in Austin, but until then, I want a site a blog where I can document my four-day, 2500-mile solo drive to the Southwest, as well as some of our initial impressions of our new home.
I can’t wait to hit the road on Friday morning. In the meantime, I’ll be posting some of my driving plans and notes on our final leaving-Boston preparations right here.
